In this talk, I will introduce the concept of creative coding and the role of creative coding libraries in blending art and programming. I'll share my experience of building a new creative coding library from scratch—why I chose to do it despite the many libraries already available and why I believe it's a valuable exercise for anyone interested in coding or digital art. Along the way, I'll highlight the key learnings, fun moments, and challenges I encountered during the process. Finally, I’ll wrap up with a live coding demonstration, showcasing the potential of the library and the creative possibilities it offers.
